SLITTING, PERFORATING, SHEETING, REWINDING, AND PROTOTYPING
- Ability to shear, score, and razor-cut papers and films from 3/8 to 63” (10mm-1.6m) and log slit as narrow as 1/16”.
- Experience converting difficult papers, including C1S and C2S silicone-coated papers, Kraft and poly-coated papers, shrink films, and adhesive-coated films.
- Capability to perforate papers and films entirely, or within a specified section, in a variety of cut patterns, including cross-web perforation, linear (MD) perforation, and pin perforation.
STOCKED SPECIALTY PAPERS, SURFACE MASKING FILM, AND TAPES
- Interleaving paper for metal stampers, connector companies, and reel-to-reel platers
- Oil-resistant poly-coated papers for a moisture or grease barrier
- Masking films, temporary protection from liquid contaminants, scratches, and scrapes
